“Nina Simone and Her Friends” è un album pubblicato dall'etichetta Bethlehem Records nel 1959 che raccoglie brani delle cantanti Nina Simone, Carmen McRae e Chris Connor (quattro brani per ogni artista). Tutti e tre le artiste avevano lasciato l'etichetta quando la Bethlehem ha pubblicato questo album. Le canzoni di Nina Simone sono tratte dalla sua primissima sessione con Jimmy Bond al contrabbasso e Albert “Tootie” Heath alla batteria da cui è strato tratto il suo album di debutto “Little Girl Blue” (1958).
