Ricordato soprattutto per il suo successo del 1959 “Rockin’ Little Angel”, il grande Ray Smith era un artista rockabilly che ha registrato per la leggendaria etichetta Sun Records. Pioniere del rock & roll, Smith era un carismatico cantante e un interprete emozionante. Questo cd presenta l’album di Ray Smith del 1960, “Travelin’ with Ray”, che fu originariamente pubblicato dalla Judd Records (di proprietà del fratello di Sam Phillips, Jud Phillips). Oltre all''LP originale rimasterizzato, questa edizione da collezione contiene ben 20 brani bonus, compresi rari singoli registrati da Smith tra il 1958 e il 1962.
