Questo LP presenta uno splendido album di Franck Pourcel della fine degli anni Cinquanta: “The French Touch” (Capitol T10103). Dedicato alla cosiddetta “mood music”, “The French Touch” è stato registrato a Parigi e pubblicato dalla Capitol Records nel 1957 solo per il mercato americano. Come bonus di questa nuova edizione sono stati aggiunti altri due brani apparsi in precedenza sulla sua celebre serie “Amour, danse et violons”: “En Avril à Paris” e “I Love Paris” di Cole Porter.
