“Time Further Out” (Columbia CS-8490) è uno degli album più famosi di Dave Brubeck, un album in cui il pianista, accompagnato da Paul Desmond al sax, Eugene Wright al contrabbasso e Joe Morello alla batteria, ha continuato le esplorazioni su tempi irregolari che aveva iniziato con il precedente LP “Time Out”. In questa nuova edizione è stato aggiunto come bonus il brano “Slow And Easy [Aka Lawless Mike]” tratto dalla stessa sessione di registrazione, ma non incluso nell’LP originale.
