One for All è composto dal trombettista Jim Rotondi, dal sassofonista Eric Alexander, dal trombonista Steve Davis, dal pianista David Hazeltine, dal bassista John Webber e dal batterista Joe Farnsworth, tutti artisti singolarmente acclamati ma con un'importante storia comune che risale a 30 anni fa con questo amato gruppo.
